Warranty Installation Forms
• Warranty is only validated once the installation is completed by the Authorized Installer.
• Products come with Installation Vouchers that are only Valid for 90-days, redeemable only through Authorized Dealers. Find out more about Coupons & Vouchers in the Terms and Conditions. ( Terms & Conditions )
• The Consumer needs to fill out and submit the Consumer Completed Installation Form found in the link
( Consumer Warranty Form – Audio Motive Distributors ) to be completed after the product(s) have been installed.
• The Authorized Dealer will needs fill out and submit the Dealer Completed Installation Form found at
audiomotive.co.za once the Installation has been completed.
• The Warranty timer begins once the Installation has been completed successfully and the “Consumer Completed Installation Form” & the Dealer Completed Installation Form” has been submitted.
Warranted Products
Audio Motive Distributors warrants all of our amplifiers and speakers to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from cerwinvegamobile.co.za or authorized Cerwin Vega Mobile dealer in South Africa.
If service is required and necessary under this warranty due to manufacturing defect or malfunction, then Audio Motive Distributors will repair and/or replace defective product with either new or remanufactured like product at no charge at our discretion.
Damage to product caused by the following will not be covered under this warranty: burnt or over powered speakers, any abuse, accident, misuse, neglect, modifications, repairing attempts, seller/installer misrepresentation.
This warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential, or cosmetic damage due to accidents or normal wear and tear, nor does it cover the cost of removing or reinstallation of the product.
Warranty is void if the products serial number has been removed, defaced, and/or tampered with.
Warranty Procedure:
We recommend that YOUR Authorized Dealer where your products were installed to initiate all warranty claims. YOUR Authorized Dealer can guide YOU through the warranty procedure to ensure that your claim will be processed in a timely manner.
